When will my order ship?

All  'Ready to Ship'  items will ship within 1-3 business days.  However, we understand that each custom order and special request is unique, so turnaround times may vary based on the item's complexity and availability.  Rest assured, we will always provide you with a clear estimate for shipping, and will work tirelessly to get your personalized items out as promptly as possible.  Each item will be sent out with tracking information for your convenience in checking its location and status once it leaves our hands. 

If I order pre-order items along with RTS items, when will they ship?

If you have a "Ready to Ship" item and a pre-order item in the same order, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready to ship out.  In other words, the pre-order item may delay shipping of your RTS item, unless you order/pay separate shipping to have the RTS sent out sooner.

Do you offer refunds/returns?

We do not offer returns or refunds.  All sales are final.  We check our items to make sure the quality meets our expectations before shipping and make every effort to send out quality products. Damages caused by shipping are not under our control but we will assist you in filing a claim with the mail service. We have tested several packaging methods cross country to ensure products are not damaged in normal transit. If you feel there is an issue with your order please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your package.

 

My order is incorrect, what should I do?

If you received an incorrect order, please email us at SoulfulParcels@gmail.com and we will work to correct the issue right away.  All incorrect orders, or any general issues with any order must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery (per tracking information).  All items must be in new and unused condition.

 

Do you ship outside of the US?

We currently only ship within the US   If there is another country you would like to ship to, please reach out to us and we can discuss.

 

Can I cancel my order?

No, once the order is placed it cannot be canceled.  We understand that special circumstances may apply, so feel free to reach out to discuss if you feel your order has any errors that you would like to correct prior to shipping.

 

Can I combine two or more of my orders to combine shipping?

Yes, if you reach out prior to any of the orders being packaged and labeled, we will be happy to combine shipping.  Please understand that we will calculate shipping for the two orders and refund the difference, which may not be the entire shipping cost of the order 'hitching a ride'. 

 

How long is my "STORE CREDIT" valid for?

Store credit is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance.  

  

Can I get a restock or replacement on clearance items?

No, these are typically cleared out with no intentions of restocking unless there is great demand for large quantities.  All sales are final on clearance items.  Prices have been greatly reduced to move them out, and no special orders or requests will be taken for these items.
